Which of these things doesn't belong?

Jack was playing with the word whammer when I was making dinner the other night. He asked me to read the list of words he had made with the toy, so I said sure, looked over and started reading.

Ummmmmmmmmm, LOLOLOLOL. Either the word whammer spells interesting words, or there was a miscommunication somewhere!

  1. Too funny! Reminds me of a project my daughter had in Kindergarten. They had to come up with a list of words that rhymed with "duck". Well, you can imagine what inappropriate word might have been on her list! It was pretty funny. It was teacher's first year but still she should have seen that one coming!

  5. ha ha ha! It's bad enough when they mispronounce words that sound like others... Fidget thinks there is a 'crap' painted on the mermaid wall at preschool and P**sy is one of Thomas' friends...

  6. Oh, that is awful! I saw all the letters and couldn't figure out what was going on...then it hit me!

It makes me think of the time when Josie was just learning to read. We were in line at Barnes and Noble and she was sounding out all of these book titles--I wasn't really listening until I heard her ask "sex? what is sex, mommy?" really loud.
    Oh my!
    Great story :)

  7. I think the word whammer was saying "six".

Because when we had one I tried to make it say all sorts of inappropriate words and it wouldn't do it. The programmers planned ahead for people like me.

But I do remember "six" sounding a bit garbled. ;-)
