You're going to get a million comments like this: no, but I wish I did. (I'll keep an eye out, though - I've been pretty lucky lately.)
I have a similar pattern, it is number 4915, the bunny actually sits up, there is also a horse, dog and cat. I could scan the front of the pattern and email it to you if you would like a closer look.

Sarah, I'll ask my mom and my aunt if they might have that pattern. Both sewed for years and mom has tons of vintage patterns. I'll let you know in a couple of days.
