Oodles of Eggs

I've been itching to make glittery, ruffly, vintage millinery eggs for ages. They turned out every bit as wonderful as I had hoped.
It will be hard to give them away!
While I was in Michael's buying a new hot glue gun (just where do those go anyway? A big black hot gun glue hole?) I bought myself this Martha Stewart scoring board for making my own gift boxes. I thought it might be impossible to figure out, but it's actually quite clever.

Now I just need to scrounge up some interesting card stock to use with it.

And we're off because today is kindergarten registration day. How did that happen already? :-)

Lovely eggs! The ladies will LOVE them!

When I read on Facebook that you bought a Martha Stewart Scoring Pad, I thought of March Madness and Basketball and thought, "That darn Martha, now she's into Sports, too?" To quote you - "I am a goofball!" ha

OMG, thats so true, where do they go? I have a weekly craft group that comes to my house. Last week we were going to do something crazy with glue guns and I "knew" I had five so everything would be wonderful and no one had to share etc. Guess what only ONE could be found... WEIRD! Love the eggs!

What, what! There is a Martha Stewart product that I didn’t know about? And I was just in there! Well, sadly I’m going to have to print my coupon and use it on some Martha storage boxes, but I’m defiantly going to check it out. I would love to see what you made with it! You know how I am about Martha. Remember Big Lots. Yeah.

Cute eggs! I was going to wait to show mine...but I don't know if I can wait now. I am soooo attached to my glue gun I would be distraught if it disappeared!

The eggs are lovely (I have only myself to blame for not joining the swap), I don't own a glue gun (can we still be friends?) and I'm clueless on that box thing, so you're going to have to demonstrate.

I had a great big black Black and Decker glue gun for 18 years- so BIG you couldn't lose it. But alas, it died and I could not find a replacement for it- now I do the glue gun hunt every project (and I've got at least four of them)!

Oooo lovely, I've got mine 3/4 of the way done. I remember now that I'm not much for mass production. :)
