You are 10 months old today!
Today you are in love with the kitty on your dress. (I swear you look at the cats and say "cat" already.)
You are still in L O V E with shoes of all kinds. But not so keen on wearing shoes of your own.
You are pretty convinced that Jack is the coolest thing since sliced bread. And Daddy too. As soon as they come in the door you rush over to the gate to meet them and be picked up.
You are still the happiest baby I have ever seen.
You are back to sleeping through the night. We fed you every night at 10 30 for a few weeks and that seems to have reset your clock. At least for now.
You have a tooth! Hard to see, but finally! a little tooth in there.
You are standing up, cruising on everything and standing independently for a few seconds already too.
You have mastered mama, dada, baba.
You are starting to dance.
And nod your head NO rather vigorously.
You are eating everything in sight, including bits of table food.
Your favorite food is baby yogurt. Mmmmmm.
You refuse to leave the headbands on already.
You have your first ear infection.
You do NOT love bottles, but have yet to master the sippy cup.
You like shiny things, especially when Daddy lets you touch the chandeliers.
You love the big buttons on my every day sweater.
You do not love being trapped by the baby gate, you want to explore!
You think lying on the top of the cats is FUNNY!
You still put every stinking thing on earth in your mouth.
You love to sit in the yard and crunch up leaves.
You already enjoy playing and digging in the sandbox on warm fall days.
You noticed everything that is up - the trees, the sky, the stars, the birds, even what is on the ceiling of the thrift store.
Your favorite toy is still the tupperware toy tail.
But in general you just plain like toys. Any toy will do.
You are curious about everything - when the wind was ratting the windows yesterday you would look at the window and then look at me with your big questioning eyes wondering what on earth was happening out there.
You are, plain and simple, the sweetest little girl.
Love you baby,
P.S. Two months until 1 year! Time is really cruising now sweet cheeks.
