Dear Samantha,

Today you are 9!  You are so very excited to be 9, because it means you are eeking closer to 12 (Which is apparently a magic maturity number for you).

At 9 you are:
Brilliant
Intuitive
Very socially and emotionally aware
Intense
Creative (drawing constantly)
A constant reader (books everywhere)
Successful in school
Interested in doing all the school clubs, activities, etc you can possibly get yourself into
Curious (learning all the things still)
A teacher (remembering all the things still)
Still tiny (and not happy about the car seat situation)
Into all things *cute* and *kawaii*
Getting much better at organizing and keeping your room tidy!
The first one to yell "dibs not me"
An absolute joy!
